Working with regional partners and the public, the Council evaluates energy resources and their costs, electricity demand, and new technologies to determine a resource strategy for the region. The 2021 Power Plan 

 

The 2021 Power Plan is scheduled to be released in final form in early 2021. Learn more about the power plan development process!

 

Seventh Power Plan The Seventh plan was released in 2016 and is the Council's current plan.

The Council publishes a new plan for the region about every five years.
