In 2019, the RTF is exploring a potential role for supporting the region in demand response. The specific focus for 2019 is to develop per unit savings estimates for demand response technologies. These estimates are anticipated to be an input into Council and utility demand response supply curve development. The specific technologies of interest include:

Commercial lighting controls Residential water heaters Connected thermostats Electric vehicle battery chargers Irrigation pump controls Refrigeration controls
