The RTF develops an annual work plan that is approved by the Council. This development process includes a stakeholder review period and review and recommendation to the Council by both the RTF and the RTF Policy Advisory Committee.
2021 Work Plan and Business PlanThe RTF released a draft 2021 Work Plan and Business Plan for a 30-day stakeholder comment period, ending on August 21, 2020. The RTF received one set of comments which can be reviewed here . Staff presented a final proposed Work Plan and Business Plan to the RTF PAC and the RTF at their September meetings. Both bodies approved the proposal with recommendation to the Council for their consideration in October. On October 12, 2020, the Council approved the 2021 Work Plan and Business Plan.

Final 2021 RTF Work PlanThe RTF released a draft 2020 Work Plan and Business Plan for a 30-day stakeholder comment period, ending on July 19, 2019. The RTF received one set of comments. Staff presented a final proposed work plan and business plan to the RTF PAC and the RTF at their September meetings. Both bodies approved the proposal with recommendation to the Council for their consideration in October. On October 16, 2019, the Council approved the 2020 Work Plan and Business Plan.

The Council unanimously approved the 2015 work plan at its October 7, 2014 meeting. The final work plan was responsive to stakeholder comments .
